At Drip Rewards Inc., we aim to ensure satisfaction and clarity for our customers regarding our digital products and services. Our policy reflects the conditions under which refunds may be considered, acknowledging the digital nature of our offerings.

Digital Products and Services
All sales are considered final upon purchase. Given the digital format of our services and the immediate access provided, we generally do not offer refunds or credits for any transactions made through our platform.

Subscription Cancellation

  • Within 48 Hours of Purchase: If a customer cancels their subscription within 48 hours of purchase for a non-private offer, Drip Rewards Inc. will issue a full refund. This process requires no action on the part of the customer to initiate the refund.
  • After 48 Hours: Requests for subscription cancellations and refunds made after 48 hours from the time of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approval of such requests is at the discretion of Drip Rewards Inc.

Subscription Upgrade
Customers upgrading to a more expensive subscription or one of equal value may be eligible for a refund of their previous, lower-tier subscription. This process involves two steps: purchasing a new subscription and then requesting the cancellation of the old subscription. Drip Rewards Inc. will facilitate refunds for the lower-tier subscription in such scenarios.

Subscription Downgrade
Refund requests associated with downgrading subscriptions require prior authorization from Drip Rewards Inc. Before any refund can be processed for a subscription downgrade, the request must be reviewed and approved by us.

Exceptional Circumstances
While our policy is to not offer refunds, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In instances where technical issues attributable to our service adversely affect usage, and such issues are verifiably our fault, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. These exceptions are at the sole discretion of Drip Rewards Inc., and substantial evidence of the issue must be provided by the user.
